What we can't help with

To set expectations honestly: this site is a neutral, independent reference, not the maker of any particular DVD program. We can't provide product support, licence keys, refunds or account help for third-party software — for that, contact the software's own publisher. We also don't host downloads, and we don't offer help with removing copy protection from commercial discs, which falls outside the personal-backup scope described in our About page.

If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you and, where relevant, to correct or improve a guide. We don't add you to any mailing list or share your address.
